    Not long now to the annual Ampthill Band Christmas Concert at Parkside Hall, Ampthill- this year featuring Harlington, Sundon and Silsoe lower school choirs.

  • Remembrance Sunday

    The band were once again proudly supporting both Ampthill and Flitwick Remembrance Day Commemorations on Sunday 12/11/2023 with the last post played at Ampthill by the band solo cornet player David Fisher.


  • Christmas Is Coming

    The band kicks of its busy Christmas 2023 season of performances with a Christmas Event at Frosts Willington on 3rd November 5pm.


  • Bletchley Bands On The Green

    What an amazing afternoon for the band on Sunday afternoon 20/8/2023 performing at Bands On The Green in Bletchley. Its not often the band plays ‘The Dambusters” theme whilst a Lancaster Bomber circles overhead. https://fb.watch/mIcIPqnQoM/


  • New Performance Area Opens in Ampthill Park

    On Sunday 2/7/2023 the band performed at the official opening of the new Nottingham Performance Area in Ampthill Great Park. The Performance area was a bequest from Betty Nottingham who was a great supporter of Ampthill Town Band and the band are proud to have been the first to perform there in her honour.


  • Spring Concert

    On Sunday 21st May the band performed a selection from our summer music programme in a Spring Concert at Parkside Hall, Ampthill,


  • Coronation Weekend

    A busy Coronation Weekend for the band playing at the Coronation Party In The Park in Flitton on Sunday afternoon 6/5/23, at the Coronation Civic service at St Andrew’s Church in the evening and then in the Kings Arms Gardens on the Monday afternoon.


  • Civic Service

    The band recently performed for the Mayor’s Civic Service Ceremony at St Andrew’s Church Ampthill where we were immensely proud to see our principal cornet player Louis Sherry receive an award for his service to the community over many years.
